Certain configurations of hot tub covers require additional information before being placed and must be done via our customer service team rather than through this website. If the cover you are trying to build fits any of the criteria below please fill out the form on this page with the required information. Once submitted, a member of our team will reach out to provide a custom quote and finalize your order.

A manual quote is required under the following conditions, if the cover is:

  • more than 2 panels or one fold.
  • at least one edge that measures longer than 111 inches.
  • for a swim spa.
