How to Make a Claim
Damage Claims
To file a damage claim, fill out the form and attach the necessary pictures/files. After we receive your completed form and documents, please allow 3-5 business days for our claims department to review and respond with a solution.

Remove the cover from the box, take a picture of all damage to the cover
- Unzip the outer cover at the hinge to assess if the plastic wrapping is compromised

Picture of the work order (WO) tag. This tag may be located in one of two possible locations, please check for both:
- Inspect the skirt of the cover. If the skirt has a warranty tag, the WO number will be located above the barcode.
- If there is no warranty tag on the skirt, unzip the skin and open it up. Locate the white work order tag on the foam core, the WO number is above the barcode.
- Picture of the shipping label
In some cases, only the box is damaged, and the cover is perfectly fine.
